...Like a family, but one you are happy to see every day!We would really recommend the Amazing Lofts team. They were efficient, industrious and friendly throughout our loft conversion, and particularly at communicating with us clearly and on a daily (or hourly!) basis about aspects of the build. Their core team of staff - from those working on removing our old roof and building the new loft structure to those who were involved in 'final fix' carpentry work - were all a pleasure to have around. A special shout-out, though, to Greg and Reinis, who hold the whole operation together.We've ended up with a lovelier house than we could have imagined, which is testament both to their hard work and to their willingness to strive to get the best final finish possible.Thanks guys!: )

We’re so pleased with the extra space and beautiful finish of our loft conversion. The team were really friendly and professional and even though we work from home, the works were not disruptive and we were able to carry on as normal. Communication was fantastic and it was great to see the regular process photos on their app, as well as the extremely prompt and helpful replies to any queries we raised. We would recommend their services without hesitation.

We would highly recommend Amazing Lofts, we are so happy with our loft conversion and the work that has been done is to such a high standard.After being let down by another company, we found Amazing Lofts who couldn’t have done more to help us still go ahead with the project even with a tight budget.All of the people working on the project were very polite, professional and helpful. They kept everything as clean as possible throughout and were very respectful of our property.The company has a very efficient way of working and there was very little stress for us even though it was a very large project, we never had to worry or chase them up as they always showed up on time and gave us regular updates throughout.The project was completed to a very high standard and you could tell they really care about the work they do. Nothing we asked was too much trouble and any issues were sorted very quickly and without question. Small touches and extra details were added throughout that have made such a big difference to the overall finish of the project and made the end result far better then we thought it would be.

Amazing Lofts were a fantastic team to work with. Everyone we came into contact with was extremely professional, warm and friendly, and the final cost was that quoted. We’re so happy with our two bedroom/one bathroom hip to gable dormer extension on our 1930s semi, which was delivered to a high standard.For full transparency, there were a handful of jobs that were not completed to the same high standard as the rest of the work (e.g. radiators installed in the wrong position), but to Amazing Lofts’ credit, all of the issues raised throughout the project have been very quickly remedied without question and at no extra cost to the final quote. The time taken to complete the project was longer than suggested (six months instead of three), however, this was a direct result of our attached neighbours joining on the build for a loft conversion last minute, and the builders working on both houses simultaneously. The end result is a seamless conversion for both properties and less disruption in the long run, so we have no regrets.We would happily recommend Amazing Lofts to anyone looking to extend their home!

The Amazing Loft Conversions team has the most professional builders in Sheffield. There is no doubt about it. We had various work done to our house and are still in the middle of the refurbishment. And none of the workers are getting anywhere close to the performance of Amazing Loft Conversions. I would use them again immediately.1. Great communication. I knew exactly where they were up to and what is next.2. The builders were polite, helpful and kept everything clean.3. There were no additional cost due to unforeseen circumstances. I used Amazing Lofts across a broad spectrum of significant home modifications; including a full roof replacement, loft conversion, garage renovation and a variety of knock-throughs and external re-rendering. I was careful to check out their previous work with prior customers, as I found the quotes very competitive. Everyone had very positive things to say about Amazing Lofts and I am no different. I was blown away by their work ethic and ability to react to confounding variables along the way. Considering how competitive on cost they were I had accepted that my expectations for quality of finish should be reasonable and not too high. However I was most impressed with their attention to detail and creative solutions to complex build scenarios. I was so impressed that if I ever had need for joiners or the likes, I call Ivars and see if he has availability to accommodate me within his schedule. Strongly recommend - this is the only building firm I will ever use moving forward.

Ivars and his team created a dormer attic with two bedrooms and a bathroom for us. The team are completely reliable and professional, and work extremely hard! They turn up when promised and often worked longer days to get things finished for us. They were friendly and always did their best to keep disruption to a minimum, and kept things clean and tidy. AMAZING!Our attic conversion was completetd last summer and I thought I'd write a review once the work had settled. They created two bedrooms and a bathroom in the attic and it really is great. We love it! The work was carried out more or less on time and more importantly we paid what we were quoted. We've had a couple of issues since the work was finished, however Ivars has responded to these and rectified them swiftly. There fore I can really recommend AMAZING Lofts!

Ivar and his team have completed our attic conversion just before Christmas. They have done an amazing job creating us a new big bedroom with great en-suite. The whole team worked really hard and tried to make it as least disruptive for us as a family whilst the build went on. Ivar was always available to answer any questions and would get back to us promptly. They created us new glass stair rail throughout also which looks amazing.We would definitely recommend amazing lofts to anyone looking for a loft conversion.

I cant say how much Ivars and team has done for us and how great they converted our bungalow. We lived in our house for 20 years and always new we wanted to do a loft and for some reason always put it back.When we searched for builders we found Amazing Lofts. When we booked survey Ivars came very professional and helped us to understand the options we have and explained all the process. Through the build work we were updated daily. The company recently completed our hip to gable loft conversion, which included the building of a gable end.At the offset, due to foundation issues, it looked like the project would never get off the ground; however, Ivars and his structural engineer provided an option to overcome the problem and the build went ahead. Ivars’ team are a credit to him. They are such a nice bunch of people who are very reliable and very hardworking. They were thoughtful throughout, kept disruption to a minimum, and always cleaned up at the end of the day.We are very pleased with the new space and what it has brought to the house and the whole family. Ivers and his team built me a wonderful loft conversion i cannot recommend them enough.
